Star Wars Battlefront’s Bespin Content Available June 21st For Season Pass Owners

EA has announced that Star Wars Battlefront’s Bespin content will be available on June 21st for Season Pass holders, with other players being able to purchase the content two weeks later on July 5th. The Bespin content adds four maps which are centred around Cloud City as well as Lando Calrissian and Dengar the bounty hunter. EA has confirmed that Dengar will wield the DLT-19, which makes him the first Hero character to be equipped with a Heavy weapon. Lando will also have a blaster but it has been teased he will use tricks to fight enemies.

Two new blasters will be available to equip through Bespin, with these being the  X-8 Night Sniper and EE-4 blasters.  I expect we’ll see some Bespin gameplay soon, probably during E3 week.

  1. Yay! The content that should have been available from the start is now out as DLC! YAY! Oh and the sequel is out this year or next year. Bad choice if it is this year as well, that gives it a short life.

Seriously, Bespin? It was in the originals for free. And TWO blasters! Why, that is spoiling us, EA! How you spoil us! You are the best publisher in the..

    Wurld.

And Lando was playable in BF2.

What? I may not be able to play these new fangled games, i can sure as hell be a grumpy gamer and be negative at them. Need a cuppa for every post, i think.

    • Sequel next year dude, possibly VR, definitely with Force Awakens content. It’ll be good and people will go mad for it, regardless of how much we’re being fleeced :) I love a good fleecing!

  2. Gosh! I forgot I had this game in my neat pile of boxed games. I remember playing it for a couple of months and then losing all interest very quickly. I’m glad I never got the Season Pass, what a waste of money that would have been.

  3. I wonder what percentage of season pass buyers actually stay around to download all the season pass content? That goes for more than just this game.
