THQ Nordic Announce MX vs ATV All Out For 2018

Who would win in a fight between a motocross bike and an all terrain vehicle? That’s the eternal question that the MX vs ATV series has sought to answer over the years, and it’s a question that could easily have been consigned to the history books as THQ went under in 2013.

THQ Nordic – then called Nordic Games – kept the series alive with MX vs ATV Supercross, spanning the console generations with an Encore release on PS4 and Xbox One, but now we’re going to see a full revival for  the series with the announcement of MX vs ATV All Out from Rainbow Studios. The game is out for PC, PS4 and Xbox One some time in early 2018.

Klemens Kreuzer, Managing Director, THQ Nordic GmbH said, “All Out is the culmination of Rainbow’s decades-long commitment to creating the most comprehensive and fun off-road racing games! Whether your pulling off stunts on your own private compound, exploring wide-open terrain in a UTV, or racing in 16-player online competitions, All Out invites players of all ages and skill levels to experience the freedom of racing and competing off-road.”

The game will feature two player split screen and sixteen players online, invite you to compete across Supercross, Nationals, Opencross, Waypoint, Tag and other events. There’s also your own private compound that you can fill up with customised vehicles and a tuning and upgrade system with new performance parts to earn and improve. Of course, you can also customise your rider with all manner of gear from licensed companies.
