All roles currently available at TheSixthAxis.com are voluntary but they offer outstanding experience with a well respected, growing name in videogame commentary.
A good grasp of the English language and solid writing skills are absolutely essential, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.
Staff Writers
As a member of our team, you will be available throughout the day to pick up breaking stories and cover news tips as they come in.
You will be expected to investigate and source original news stories and relate those to our readership in an engaging and entertaining way. You will also be expected to promote breaking and important news stories, where appropriate, on aggregator and syndication services like N4G, Digg and Reddit.
We would expect staff writers to be available to write up several news stories and opinion pieces per week. These articles will be mostly related to current affairs and ongoing industry events but there will be some call for previews and reviews too, based on provided code.
