Here at thesixthaxis.com we’re big fans of Minna No Golf (join us for a game) so it’s always nice to see the game updated, even if it does mean another massive download before we can get online.
This morning the game was patched to improve the usability of the Real Shot mode: it now has a ghost guide (like putting) for approach shots, and the R2 button functionality has changed a little with some new camera angles.
Changes to the online mode include the return of the chat log (from the PS2 version) – simply press the Square button in the lobby (which has seen some graphical changes) to review the log. Square also toggles a ‘friends only’ listing in the tournament mode, and whilst waiting in tournament mode you can see the drive distances the other players have managed.
Jolly good.
