I am pleased. Having predicted at the start of the year that Killzone 2 will sell over a million copies in the first week; a comment that my close Xbox 360 friends laughed at with glee, but now who’s laughing?
European pre-orders for the highly anticipated title have already surpassed 1.1 million units. “The 1.1m pre-orders are for Europe only and that’s [as] of last week” Sonysaid after the figure was reported in today’s Guardian.
I’m wondering if I should up my prediction already? Will it sell more than Gears of War 2 in it’s first week? Let’s see.
