This week’s FirstPlay appears to have a little problem: the free minis game doesn’t work. Yet.
Buyers of FirstPlay issue 9 were meant to get a free PSP/PS3 mini, Halfbrick’s Age of Zombies, but it appears that the download isn’t working. The FirstPlay guys tell us that “there’s a technical hold-up on the Store end, which we’re talking to Sony about right now.”
TheSixthAxis understands that it’s just a temporary issue, and that it requires a special version of the game to be uploaded onto the Store before the download will work.
“As soon as the version of the game we’re linking to is ‘live’ on the Store you’ll be able to access it,” say FirstPlay. You won’t need to re-download the FirstPlay issue, don’t worry.
