Some new screens of Homefront have been released, and they look fantastic. Under the leadership of Kim Jong-Il’s son, a united Korea invades a struggling United States and subsequently takes over. You play as part of a US resistance movement. This intriguing storyline is one of the reasons the game has made our ‘top 100 most anticipated games of 2011’ list.

can’t wait for this game. im so happy there are actual new games on the horizon rather than just sequels and yearly releases (dont get me wrong uncharted 2 was amazing). you dont get these very often anymore and if they are new then they’re usually quite bad. btw this is not a hate comment so if you had read it as one, re-read with a happy voice.

Is it just me or does the protagonist of Homefront scream genero-boy to anyone?
At first glance it DOES look like another conventional FPS, though it has been getting some interest from gaming journos.
