Likely lost in the torrent of content of yesterday’s monstrous Store update, Relentless Software’s hit game Buzz! is now available for free on the PSN. At least, the player is. The studio reminded us on Twitter this morning (so we’re reminding you), revealing the following:
Buzz! is now available for free on PSN. Don’t worry if you haven’t got buzzers, you can use a wireless controller. Have a Buzzy good Xmas!
When asked by an intrepid follower who couldn’t find it, Relentless replied:
Ah yes the store update is a bit odd this week. The best way is to go to the Latest page and scroll down. I think we are box 29.
We’re taking a break from exercising the huskies to check for it ourselves. Pretty sure the questions won’t be free but, hey, it’s the thought that counts, right?

Got the buzz pack with the wireless buzzers a year or so ago, best go up into the loft and retrieve them, great for Xmas day, lot of fun

I’ve still got the Buzzer’s from the PS2 game, I assume they’ll still work as it’s USB.

I couldn’t get the store to work for ages yesterday.
Finally worked at about 11pm and started downloading about 12 things. By this morning, 2 things have completed.

great Game but with only 90 questions you are going to get bored very quickly. ive got the full game which comes out with the same questions every now and again (i’m sure mine will be out over christmas at some point).there is enough variety on the store for puchases of individual packs but would be a big incentive if they could group a few of these together for purchase so it feels like you have the full game.

Is it me or is this PSN version of Buzz! cut down a bit? there only seems to be the beat the clock round and I am pretty sure there are more rounds than just that on the disk?
