Just a few days ago we gave you the low-down on MAG now that it has had a year to settle in, but it looks like there’s even more coming down the road. Zipper’s Community Manager and ex-IGN employee, Chris Roper, mentioned further support when responding to a forum post in the official Socom 4 forums.
“There’s a point of diminishing returns with every game. For us to keep supporting something, it has to make financial sense – everyone here has to eat and pay for shelter, after all.
That said, we do still have work ongoing to support MAG. We’re not done yet.”
For me, MAG was one of the only titles that came out last year that actually did something new that we haven’t seen on consoles before – 256 players in one match. I honestly still play it from time to time so I look forward to whatever else Zipper has to offer. How about you?

i actually prefer MAG to any other shooter (including killzone, COD, battlefield, medal of honor etc) it just seems to be a constant flow of action. never before MAG had I ever got passed level 23 online out of sheer boredom, with MAG I veteraned 3 times and then carried on playing.

As good as MAG is it can be bloody annoying when people play as individuals like COD only MAG is a team game :/

I only play when with at least one other PSN buddy as I don’t enjoy it on my own. good to hear they still have stuff coming even though it’s a year later :-)

I stopped when I picked up BFBC2… and never went back to it. I often times wish I would have kept it. :(
