A rating on Korea’s ‘Game Rating Board’ seems to have outed the intriguing sounding title ‘SEGA Rally Online Arcade’, which is marked as heading to the PS3. Absolutely nothing else is known about the title; however a new addition into the SEGA Rally franchise is always welcome.
We have asked SEGA for comment, and will update if any further information comes to light.

Sega Rally on the Dream Arena [Nickname Dreamcast] was the best rallying specific game i had ever played. The Lancia was just a joy to swing in and out of those muddy corners.
Good memories where the Dream Arena is concerned…
