Capcom officially announced Galactus as the final boss in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. This announcement shouldn’t be surprising if you’ve seen the leaked footage released last week. Either way, his inclusion is quite a massive one. Literally.
In previous games in the versus series, players had to fight giant versions of Apocalypse and Onslaught. This time, the fate of two worlds will be determined in a battle against a galactic sized Galactus. The planet devouring being can easily squash every character with his bare hands, so in order to prove your worth you must defeat Galactus’ heralds first.
The battle against the heralds is far from a fair match. As you’ll see in the video below, the two heralds chosen will come at you at the same time. Thankfully, both opponents share a single health bar. Once his pawns have been disposed of, Galactus will toy around with the idea of fighting you. Even then, you’ll most likely lose. A lot.

At least Seth’s AI was easy to exploit in SFIV/SSFIV. I don’t think this will be the case with Galactus. How do you even approach him? O_o.
