The EU PlayStation blog has announced a rather unique competition. The prize is an all expenses paid trip for the winner (plus chum) to San Diego to visit Insomniac Games. The lucky person will meet the development team, and get to play Resistance 3, months before its release.
Whilst the prize winning pair are visiting Insomniac they will be digitally scanned and inserted into Resistance 3 as a non playable character, how cool is that?
To enter the competition head over to the EU PlayStation Blog and upload a photo of yourself in the middle of a ‘Resistance style battle’. Creativity is encouraged: ‘the more props you use, the better!’
Ten finalists will have their work posted on the PlayStation blog and from this shortlist Insomniac will pick two winners. The closing date for the competition is 8 March 2011. For inspiration, why not check out our hands on preview of Resistance 3 and good luck if you enter the competition.

Im not going to enter, can imagine the winner going completely overboard, turning his/her livingroom / garden into the resistance world, spending more money that the trip is worth on probs and costumes lol. Cant wait to see it!
