Leaks from Famitsu (via Andriasang) suggest that Sony is considering Home connectivity with the NGP. There is no further information at the moment, however some other updates to Home itself are in the works, with a speed increase, new projects, and games that can be made faster but cost less.
For those who don’t frequent Home – would it being on the NGP tempt you back?

I don’t know to me the problem with home has been that there isn’t much to do there maybe if they put more free games in there where you could win stuff that might be good

as for home….i don’t go in there much on my ps3 but i think i could be more tempted by NGP…especially if you can chat with ps3 users in there.

The fact that this would surely only work on a strong WiFi connection means I wouldn’t use it very much. I would probably be at home and therefore likely to be on the PS3 anyway.
It might be quite cool if you travel a lot or stay in a lot of hotels I suppose

It just doesn’t ‘grab’ me when I log on every couple of months or so.

This would be much better for the PS-Phone, assuming it would be able to run it. With the constant connection and everyone signed up to a data plan anyway it just makes so much sense.
I ‘found’ home only a few days ago myself, Sodium and Novus Prime are both cool, though I’ve somehow managed to spend about $20 AUD already.
