Bowling Confirms First Modern Warfare 3 Trailer Tonight

Just by way of confirmation, Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling has locked down the first Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 trailer.

It’s showing, as we thought, during the NBA Western Conference Finals at around 6pm Pacific time, or two in the morning here in the UK.

The latest Modern Warfare has been at the centre of a huge leak, one that was hurriedly dealt with by publishers Activision.

We’ll have that trailer up for you here on TSA as soon as possible after the event.

  1. Looking forward to it. Nonsensical or genius, there’s no denying the entertainment value in CoD stories.

  2. Will have a handed tomorrow.

  3. can’t see me getting the game but i’ll be checking out the video tomorrow, i’m not staying up all night for it.

who knows, they might show something that would get me really interested, but i doubt it. ^_^

  4. Don’t think I’ll wait up for this.

  5. To be perfectly honest.

With a lack of internet over the weekend and me and a friend with a 360 with all of the CoD games, Halo and BF (and a little bit of Time Splitters) I’ve realized how good the CoD games actually are. I usually always bash them, mostly because of the MLG Catz kids that play them. CoD 4 everyone says it was the best and it most likely was it was something new that the FPS world had not seen yet. I remember when shooting thru thinner objects bullets went thru and you could score the kill, now thats standard in almost any FPS. Moving to WaW, it was your standard WW2 shooter, but the multiplayer was unreal, the only OP gun was really the MP-40 and, at least when I played it, people play for the objectives instead of just kills. MW2, great for the first 3 months, then hackers, n00b t00bs and with ridiculous mods it became unpleasant to play. Blops was really fun and brought new things over from Halo and freshened up the series.

I did pre-order BF3 because I fell in love with BFBC:2. I really want MW3 to just blow my expectations and having BF3 sit there collecting dust because I know, all my friends online and IRL, will be playing CoD. Thats the most fun about multiplayer isn’t it? Playing with friends.
