We were surprisingly restrained this week. Well, as restrained as we ever get. You don’t get any special guests but you do get the three regulars waffling on as usual.
We talk about the Dark Knight Rises trailer, a discussion which concludes that third superhero films are always rubbish but DKR will buck that trend. Because we trust Nolan more than we listen to Kris.
We also talked a bit about Journey in a totally non-spoilerish way, each of us pronouncing the word “beta” in a different way… I had real problems describing what the hell Journey is about, which is why I made this video.
Kris continued with his worrying trend of actually playing some videogames by indulging in the Story Mode of Mortal Kombat so we hear a bit more about that.
The competition was run a little earlier again, to give people more chance to enter and we had an extra special second competition to give away a copy of L’il Depressed Boy.
This podcast features strong language, jokes in poor taste and adult themes, if you’re offended by that then we recommend that you don’t listen to it at all.

Having a slight problem trying to download the mp3, it’s very very slow (approx time to download 58Mb file … 2 hours). I know it’s not my connection as I’ve just downloaded a 537Mb video in 4 minutes. Any ideas what the issue is?
spooferbarnabas
i have the same but no clue what’s wrong with it
R1MJAW
Whatever it was, it’s fixed now.
halbpro
Glad it’s fixed itself! No idea what it was, but we host via Amazon so they must have just had a glitch.
