Earlier today Microsoft announced the Star Wars Kinect Xbox bundle featuring a custom R2-D2 Xbox and a shiny gold C3-PO controller. The full contents are:

  • 320 GB Hard Drive
  • Xbox 360 Wired Headset

The price of the pack is £349.99 – but it does make a nice beep when you eject a disc.

  1. Console looks nice, can’t say I like the gold controller though.

  2. Oh dear………….mind you, the sort of person that will buy it won’t have friends to laugh at them…………….

    • Zing! And even if this sort of person does have friends, they will be jealous! Lol

  3. Hate to do anything to make Lucas richer, surely this added amount goes straight on the licencing costs

  4. :o Suprised, i am. Wallet it is in fear. Yoda, i am not so why am i trying to make a crappy impression of him?O-O

The console looks like someone was bored and decided to mess around with Photoshop. The controller looks cheap and shiny. That is bit much isn’t it? Also imo it is not worth it. Star wars Kinect looks like a crap game. I saw the E3 demo and i was not impressed by it.

Xbox, I am your creator.- MS CEO
NOOOOOO!- xbox, you can see where i am going with this so i won’t finish it off as i cba to.:P

  5. At first I thought how sad

    But then I thought….

    I want one!!

  6. If you bought the Halo: reach console now with the sensor, you’d be paying between £20 and nothing for an extra controller, a game and a more awesome design on BOTH of them. Oh, and the extra content is ALSO more awesome…

  7. Nah don’t like the look of it at all.

  8. Fantastic idea, and lovely looking 360. I think the eject noise should be “kerching” though. Havent you got enough money yet M$?

  9. It looks nothing like R2 .
