A new trailer for the PS Vita version of WipEout 2048 has been released and is looking as spiffy as ever. Motion control is demonstrated along with touch screen controls and multi-player.
However, I know it’s Friday and the coffee has to yet to kick in but is the man at the 0.53 mark really giving the universal sign for a certain word beginning with W?

Looking pretty good. I must admit when I first saw some of the first trailers for Vita games I was pretty disappointed as I didn’t think they looked very good imo but this looks great.

There is one thing that bugs me with motion control like the tilt to turn used here, why don’t they fix the angle of the screen to the object that is tilting (i.e. the wipeout racers) so that it appears to the user that they are attached to what they are controlling (I know what I’m trying to explain is semi-confusing, I apologise). This way must be less disorientating and would make for a more natural experience surely?
