One game that’s been doing the rounds this year is Namco Bandai’s Inversion, a third person shooter focused on gravity-bending gameplay developed by Timeshift studio, Saber Interactive.
This newest trailer, straight from the Golden Joysticks Awards, doesn’t exactly filter in anything new for followers though it does take a more cinematic approach with a few clips taken from character-centric cut scenes and a fairly impressive in-game set piece waiting at the very end.
Inversion will launch next February for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Namco Bandai has yet to confirm whether the title will be coming to cloud-based gaming platform, OnLive, though back in August numerous sources reported seeing it at an OnLive booth at PAX Prime.

Interesting although these ideas usually turn out terrible in practice (Fracture / Dark Void / Etc)

I think this mechanic looks really cool, I’m gonna keep my eye on it, then hopefully a demo will show me if it’s awful/amazing, could go either way… (or anywhere in-between)
