There will also be trophy support, which is bound to please many people! Check out the announcement trailer below.

  1. wow 2012 is starting to hit the wallet already. ssx, this collection and the vita. right after christmas…. sweet!

  2. Today is a good day! childhood favourites right there

  3. YES!

ive been iffy about this actually happening for a while now but now its confirmed.

but i must admit seeing the graphics are a bit of a letdown.
i know that these are fairly old PS2 games, so remastering them in HD wont make them look too new but they just look off to me.

oh well, ill buy it, platinum it and then hope for a fourth installment
(also, RATCHET AND CLANK COLLECTION as well?, please sony?)

    • Ditto on the Ratchet and Clank Collection, that’s definitely next on the most wanted list.

  4. Just soo many games!

As popularised by Sheldon Cooper lol. Gotta love TBBT.

  5. Awesome, they’re all great games but i have a particular fondness for The Precursor Legacy and can’t wait to play it again in HD.

  6. Worth getting!? Short answer: yes.

Long answer: Everything made by Naughty Dog is worth getting and these games are the best they’ve ever made, in my opinion. The combat really outclasses the Uncharted series – these came before ND got so hung up on making bullet-sponginess the integral combat difficulty mechanic. Great characters and humour, a vibrant and very appealing world, topped off by the wonderful platforming mechanics. Gaming nirvana.

I will be getting this, I still have all three games, but… Trophies!

    • Damn that was meant to be a reply but pffft it’s still good.

  7. This is going right to the top of my wish list. I really loved the first one.

  8. Well, like ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, this is another HD collection which ignites my interst in games I never tried the first time around.

    Looking forward to their release.
