Am I the only one who automatically adds a football score to the end of this game?  ‘Max Payne 3… Kilmarnock 2’? No? Just me then.
Anyways, four new screenshots for Max Payne 3 (Luton Town 1) which show off Max looking mean and moody  and… well, that’s it really. Not the most exciting screenshots unless you’re a fan of bald middle aged men looking slightly grumpy.
Max Payne 3 (Wolverhampton Wanderers 1) is out in March and will hopefully involve more than looking moody in various locations across the globe.

From two different screens i’ve seen, mp looks like a carbon copy of Uncharted mp. Not that UC mp is bad, but i’ve seen & paid for it all before. Unlike the upcoming Hitman(bar his new out of place ability,) i fear the prev Max Payne games, will far outshine this next installment. Hopefully we get a sp demo to test the waters.

The only part of the series that appears to remain, is a title & bullet time. I wish they’d stuck with the noire atmosphere, visuals & dialogue, that is max payne, not vibrant colours & i’m guessing a totally different dialogue style. The prev games & comics did this so well.

I suppose noire doesn’t have to alwyas be dark & gritty. MP3 may have a noire feel, as R* have previously come out & defended. On reflection MP3 could blow me away, but the main character already doesn’t feel like Max Payne to me. I’ll do my best to reserve judgment, until we see more of this Brazil loving, grumpy bald man.

I don’t know about this. I very much liked the style of the early Max Payne games whereas this looks a bit identikit shooter. Still, you can never write-off Rockstar.
