Black Ops 2 Zombie Mode Trailer Hits The Campaign Trail

Treyarch has just released a trailer to show the Zombie mode for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2.

The interesting thing about this trailer is that it confirms the Zombie campaign mode. Players will have to clear areas of zombies before being allowed to progress on to the next area. Of course, there will be full cooperative play in the campaign.

There are three different modes available in the Zombies mode. Tranzit, which is what the above progression mode will be called. Survival is the more classic mode players will be used to, where you have location to hold off zombies from.

Grief is the final mode, which adds a competitive element. Two teams of up to four players will compete against each other to survive the zombie horde. Players won’t be able to kill each other so it’ll really be more about getting the zombies to take out the enemy team for you.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 is set to release November 13th on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

  1. Treyarch’s zombie modes are great fun in co-op

Loved how the first BlOps campaign segued into its zombie mode at the end

  2. Still play zombies now. It’s good to see a different twist to the zombie mode a bit like L4D.I just hope the dialogue is as funny as the last one.
Oh look it’s the monkey bomb.

  3. “If this is end of nikilia must have shot of vodka” lines like these made blops amazin hope thay keep that up

  4. Pretty much the only reason I’ve pre ordered the hardened edition and getting the game at all. Can’t wait!

    • Yup, same here! we’ll have to have a few TSA zombie meets

  5. looks like good fun.

  6. Nifty, just wish they would release this as a stand alone XBL title as I don’t have much interest in the rest of the BLOPS2 package.
