PSN Store Update: 12/12/12

[videoyoutube]Another nice week for PS3 and Vita owners (or, at least, those that have both) because the wonderful indie shooter Big Sky Infinity is out on both. There’s a demo available for anyone not sure, or the full game is just £7.99.

Also available on PlayStation 3 is Mensa Academy (which also comes with a demo).

There’s a demo for Fuel Overdose, too, a quirky looking top-down battle racer, and a set of DLC for the sublime Sound Shapes.

PS Vita owners can grab the new Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed (digitally) for £35, and back over on the PS3 there’s a re-release of Batman: Arkham Asylum and the PS2 version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. UmJammer Lammy, the brilliant PS1 rhythm action game, is also there for download and will (obviously) work on PS3, PSP and PS Vita. Assassin’s Creed III fans can also look out for the Hidden Secrets Pack.

Remember there’s also a big sale that kicks off today, and Futurlab’s latest PS Mobile game Surge is also available – that’s there now.

Here’s the list of the big stuff, all the little bits and pieces can be found on the EU PS Blog.

  1. San Andreas for £13 can properly DO ONE!! No way am I spending that much on it. How much is it on Xbox 360 btw?

    • Pretty much the same price on the marketplace.

  2. GTA San Andreas is a must buy for me, loved that game and not played it in years

  3. San Andreas!

  4. Oh yes it’s San Andreas :)

  5. GTA:SA is actually £11.99 on the store.

  6. *sees that there is an actually decent update and self harms due to lack of PSN* T-T

GTA:SA for £13 is a bit too much considering you can get it for less then the price of the godfather meal from KFC nowadays. Would have thought it would have been £7 to £10.

Batman:AA has a decent price but again, you can just pick it up cheaper or for the same price brand new. About time they finally got off their arses and uploaded Castlevania:SOTN. It only took 5 years and an additional month.

Also, i could have sworn that Spyro was already on the store. Anyway, it is worth getting the trilogy as that was when the series was in it’s prime before went downhill and just became another cash cow.

It is probably a good thing i can’t access the store or my wallet may end up getting a restraining order as well as leaving me.

  7. Went with just Spyro the Dragon today, decided I’d let myself spend €5 (but just €5!).

Money’s tight until the new year and I haven’t bought any presents yet…
