European PSN Store Update: 13/03/13

The “Digital Edition” of Tomb Raider marks this week’s big title – it’s a penny under fifty notes but it’s a brilliant game and if anything’s worth full price it’s Lara’s latest (although chronologically earliest) adventure. Also on PS3 is Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk (£40) and a load of Capcom stuff in the shape of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Code Veronica X Bundle (£16); Darkstalkers Resurrection (£12) and Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3 Bundle (£12).

SBK Generations lands at £11, too. It’s joined by International Snooker (£11, also available on PS Vita) and Jeremy McGrath Offroad (£8.89). Other stuff for the main console includes the DLC for Dead Space 3 (£8), Milestone’s WRC Powerslide (£8) and a pile of Disney PS2 titles like Monsters Inc and Incredibles, if that’s your sort of thing.

There’s loads of DLC though: Sleeping Dogs’ Year Of The Snake add-on, a couple of ‘packs’ for Dead Space 3, the Scott Pilgrim multiplayer expansion (yay!) and the VR Missions for Metal Gear Rising. Remember the Sound Shapes stuff is live, too, so if you want some extra levels and bits and bats, get your game patched, and then have a think about the DLC.

There’s also a demo for the new Army of Two on PS3 along with the previously Wii U exclusive remix of Ninja Gaiden 3. Razor’s Edge is better, so grab the demo and take a look. Finally, the rather funky Shao: Demon Sword is out for £4. This was great on the Dreamcast (in first person) and although the PS2 version switches to a third person game, it’s still great. Super tough, too.

Remember Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is there for the PS Vita if you’re a PlayStation Plus Subscriber too – we only had good things to say about that one.
