  1. Well deserved number 1, well other than for selling more than everyone else.
IMHO it’s a shoe in for game of the year.

  2. Damn, my Bioshock is still sealed….I just need to finish the remaining 22% of Tomb Raider (according to my save file) then I’ll crack it open! Looks like I’ll be playing another awesome game soon then, not heard a bad word about it!

Surprised by Army of Two…the demo was okay but I didn’t like that the camera was fixed to the person so you couldn’t rotate it around them like say Dead Space.

Also shocked how fast GoW Ascension has dropped already….I might pick this up at some point as I enjoyed the demo.

I expect ACIII might be even higher next week, I think it’s on Zavvi.com for £14.99 today!!

  3. Great to see it number 1. Wonderful game!

  4. So far really enjoying it. Took me a while to really get into it though. Something didn’t grab me but I have to admit that it has a rather intriguing plot.

But seriously, the respawn thing is a bit naff. Punish me for dying. Taking some cash off me is not a serious reprucussion.

    • It makes sense eventually, I won’t say more.

  5. Just finished today fantastic game. Tried 1999 mode but too hard with one hand!

  6. Just finished first run through last night, brilliant game ;) Another completely glitch free game as well (I played it on PC) definitely got to be extra points for that these days.
Didn’t see that ending coming either, well played.
Need to go back and finish Tombraider now ;)

    • PS3 version crashed 3 times on me.

      • Not going to make the obvious comment ;)
My old PS3 used to crash on some games that the new one is fine with. Was never sure if it had a problem or was just something random.

      • 3 more than me on my PS3.

      • Zero crashes on mine. But an annoying glitch 2nd playthrough when a vigorous went through the floor!

  7. I’m almost finished Bioshock Infinite now and i’m actually a little disappointed with it overall. It was a good game but i think i was expecting more after all the positive reviews.

  8. Found Infinite to be a bit dull to be honest. It lacks the atmosphere of 1 and 2. Some areas graphically are surprisingly poor and the game as a whole doesn’t feel that fresh (there are a few nice touches though). I’m not much of an FPS fan but I expected a lot more from this. It’s solid but unspectacular. Tomb Raider had it’s fault but was a lot more enjoyable.

    • Tbf, I was expecting another Dishonored, which I got on release day, then was disappointed in quite quickly. Was pleased that it wasn’t, but I do get where you are coming from.

    • I agree with everything you said apart from tomb raider was more enjoyable, come now :)

    • Infinite started brilliantly but gradually turned in to “You have to collect this: Move to area, shoot bad guys, move to next area, shoot bad guys” and repeat.

  9. No sly cooper, am guessing it sold more on psn than retail since its £20 on there

    • Maybe some imported it as well as its been out in the states for a while. It made the monthly top 10 over there too.

  10. With all the sales Infinite probably did really well on Steam.
