Thatgamecompany’s Flower is one of the best games on the PlayStation 3. And, according to rumours circulating this evening, there might well be a version for the PS Vita, too.
The rumours come from a mixture of Twitter and an email that apparently went out earlier today, listing what we’d guess to be a port of the game along with some others.
We have no further details or information, but thought you might like to know.

Good news, I’d wonder if it would feel as atmospheric on the Vita though.

Why the hell not, this would be perfect for a handheld.
As would Journey, and Flow.

The psp version of Flow works on Vita btw, but it uses the analog stick instead of tilt controls so it’s not quite the same game.

Probably the most beautifully relaxing game i’ve ever played. I hope it translates well to the Vita, both in terms of the lush grassy visuals and the gameplay experience. If it does i’ll buy it again.

I’d rather see a new game by them on it to be honest, it most likely won’t be superior to the PS3 version anyway. But I’d buy it out of curiosity.

@SonySantaMonica O YOU DIDN’T KNOW?! RT @gamasutra: ‘Flower’ for Vita to be showcased at IndieCade’s E3 booth
So that confirms it

Good news but i’m not buying it twice.

Same here, got it and completed it once, can’t see any point in getting it again.
However, anyone who’s not played it I’d encourage them to play it on either platform.

Had this confirmed to me. Thatgamecompany aren’t doing the port.

Would be brilliant if it were coming to vita, keep the solid if slightly old games coming! :D
