Killzone Mercenary is releasing this Friday and we have our review of it here, where Blair gave the title a score of 10/10. Now more information about the title has been revealed by Guerrilla Games in regards to player stats
The developer has teamed up with Nomads to create a hub on Killzone.com where players will be able to check statistics such as kills, the amount of money that has been earned in single player and multi-player, rankings among friends, and replays of your last match. Not a full video replay, but an overview of kills and deaths.
The Mercenary stat site hasn’t gone live yet, but will be up by the UK launch. It’s not the first time this has been used in the Killzone franchise, with both 2 and 3 both having similar platforms available. This information will be available to view through the Vita and mobile devices, as well as the traditional PC route.

I hate this, like really hate it. I’m assuming this level of detail isn’t available in the in game stats? I do not want to log in to killzone.com to check my stats. I want to see all of this in the game. It pissed me off with battlefield 3, it pissed me off with cod elite, now it’s going to piss me off with this. It’s just a shit way for them to get more hits on their website.
