Update: It’s Back – It’s A Holiday Weekend, So PSN Is Having Problems

Update: The PSN Status site is now reporting the all clear. Go play games and have fun.

I wonder how many of these “Oh dear, the PSN has gone down again” posts I have written over the past five years? I bet it is getting close to a hundred by now.

The problem is that I have written so many posts about the PSN being down that I have complete run out things to say about it. Last time I devoted the whole page to the story of a very happy pig, that seemed to go down quite well. Hopefully you won’t notice the huge amounts of padding I’ve had to write here just to fill up the page.

Er, ignore that last bit.

Anyway. Holidays. Time for gaming. PSN is throwing a wonk. Sony are crap, etc etc etc.

  1. Seriously are they investing any of the new found wealth from ps plus into the networks infrastructure! You can’t even launch the spotify app, why is that even affected by the psn network!

  4. I finish work in 1 and a half hours 530am, and thats the start of my 4 day holiday, i hope its up working ok before then, or im going to have to try this sleep thing.

  7. i shared a couple of screenshots last night , got the notfication that they were uploaded but still no sign of them showing up in What’s New. Must be related to this.

  8. Oh thank god. 2 whole hours without PSN. How many people did we lose? I need numbers before I update the President on the situation.
