It’s PlayStation Vs PC At The Cinema As The Warcraft Movie Gets Pushed Back

The highly anticipated World of Warcraft movie directed by Duncan Jones has been delayed by another four three months, moving from March 11, 2016  to June 10, 2016 in North America. The movie was previously set to début in December this year but was shifted due to a clash with a small indie movie called War Stars, or something like that.

The film is well in to production with a script written by Jones and Charles Leavitt, and will star Travis Fimmel , Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, and Toby Kebbel. It is an origins story including the first meeting between Lothar and Durotan.

So what’s with the headline? Well, June 10th is also the current release date for the Uncharted movie. However, as far as we know production on that flick is way behind, the cast have not been announced and filming has yet to start.

Will the Uncharted movie be ready on time? Will it be Drake vs Orcs at the box office? Will Sony Pictures hold their ground or move the Uncharted movie back a few months? Guess away in the comments.

  1. If only the space between March and June was 4 months.

  2. The Uncharted movie has a release date?

Not still mired in development hell, with silly directors and reluctant actors?

  3. Moving away from Batman vs superman, which has a release date of 25 March 2016. It’s been that for a while though, so maybe not a factor or the producers forgot to check IMDb :)
