Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Makes Its E3 Debut On Sony’s Stage

Microsoft’s hegemony over the Call of Duty franchise DLC has come to an end, as the game made its first appearance at E3 on Sony’s stage rather than that of Microsoft’s. Starting with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, PlayStation owners will get DLC first, rather than having to wait until a month after those on Xbox. There’s also set to be a beta test in August, which will be exclusive to PS4.

The year is 2065, and as a deniable operation in Cairo, Egypt, goes terribly, terribly loud, four player co-op play came to the gore, with lots of advanced technology augmenting players and keeping the pace as high, if not higher than that of last year’s Advanced Warfare.

Turning to the multiplayer, the pace was even more relentless, with wall running, going underwater, transforming gun arms, tech abilities and plenty more.

  1. Are you sure this isn’t Advanced Warfare 2? This is a long way from the pinnacle of Modern Warfare 1 and 2.

    • Wasn’t Black Ops a Treyarch thing though (with MW being Infinity Ward)? If so, that’s even more of a departure.

  2. Advanced Crisis Warfare Fall Ops 3
it seems to have stolen ideas from a fair few shooters.
titan falls wall running, crisis stealth suits blah blah blah.

  3. I will probably pick this up, either cheap from a Supermarket on release like I’ve done with the last ones and FIFA, or in sale 6 months later. They’re enjoyable enough, but repetitive year-on-year.

  4. Well I can see why MS didn’t bother showing it!
