Harmonix has announced that there will be a FreQ mode coming to Amplitude, which will bring in the tunnel view from Frequency. Players will be able to choose to either experience tracks in the tunnel view or opt for the flatter experience. Frequency was the precursor to Amplitude, releasing in 2001. Amplitude followed a couple of years later, releasing in 2003.
Amplitude will be get a general release on January 5th 2016.
