The Hunt For Bargains Begins In The EU PS Store Easter Sale

Stefan L 6 Comments

Sony have kicked off their annual Easter Sale today, with a basket overflowing with discounts. Whether those discounts can entice you to part with your cash might be another matter, but chances are there’s a few things worth checking out.

They highlight GTA V (£34.99), FIFA 16 (£24.49), Unravel (£12.99 down from £14.99), Rainbow Six Siege (£29.99), Bloodborne (£24.99) and The Nathan Drake Collection (£34.99), but there’s tons of other games in the list. The real problem is that, as usual, there’s no prices or discount percentages, so you’ll want to head over to the Easter Sale page on the store itself in order to get some actually useful information.

Why do you persist in being so painfully uninformative, EU PlayStation Blog?

  1. Wow, that’s a fairly hefty list! I guess the lesson is use Wish List, I’ve just spotted Drive Club Bikes for £6.99, I’ll be having that please.

  2. Handy website listing all the discounts…

No, I’m not responsible for it in any way. It’s just a useful site. Somehow finds all the discounts before Sony post anything about them or add a sale section to the store.

That Unravel discount seems a bit pointless. £2 off?

And Bloodborne and the DLC for £33.53, or buy the GOTY edition for £40.49?? (Although it makes a change to see the DLC and the GOTY edition of anything on sale at the same time. Usually have the GOTY edition for a bargain price but still more than buying all the DLC)

  3. Ugh. GTA trilogy for £15. Must resist being a hyprocrite and buying again, when I said I’d definitey not be buying again.

    • Very occasionally the entire GTA catalog (minus London maybe) up to the episodes are £5 on Steam, possibly worth waiting?

      • I couldn’t say no at that price. They were £12 each I think before? At least I’ll get some trophies with this play through.

  4. Bought Parappa 2 and GTA trilogy.
