Insomniac Games has released a new trailer for Ratchet & Clank, with Captain Qwark narrating about his views on the characters of Ratchet & Clank. It serves as a little taster since Captain Qwark will be the main narrator within the game, and what he says may not always been the whole truth. In fact he seems to be pretty envious of Ratchet.
Ratchet & Clank does tie into the movie that is coming out, where some of the levels will show more of the action between scenes that you’ll see in the movie. The movie will not be narrated by Captain Qwark so events will be perceived a bit differently too. Insomniac revealed a pre-order bonus today in the form of gaining access to the Bouncer gun.

I usually hate this practice of stripping items from the game and using them as pre-order incentives. But the Bouncer gun is one of the worst weapons in Ratchet’s arsenal so I’m not too fussed. I hope they do the same with the Infector gun and The Lava gun too. They’re always the weapons that seem to require several years of grinding to unlock the platinum. Give me the Plasma Coil any day – best R&C weapon out of all the R&C games IMO.
