From the heady days of the Mega Drive up until the modern day gaming has been my main hobby. I'll give almost any game a go.

  1. Journey link is the wrong one (collectors edition). Here is the correct one: https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-gb/games/journey/cid=EP9000-CUSA00470_00-JOURNEYPS4061115

  2. They’ve given away Tom Clancy’s Endwar with Plus as well. Very generous of them.

  3. Star Trek Online – why had I heard literally nothing about this before today? It looks very interesting, just the thing to steal my entire life off me for a long time! Even if it’s rubbish, it’ll still be good because Star Trek!

    • It’s from the same people that did Neverwinter Online that popped up on the PS4 a few weeks back.

For a F2P MMORPG, that was quite entertaining. No need to pay for anything either, really. You could buy one of the approximately 471 different currencies in the game using real money, but they cunningly let you sell that in game. So you can buy it without spending any real money. No real need to, but it’s an option.

They also did a very good job of converting keyboard and mouse controls to use the DS4.

That might be my weekend sorted then.

      • Star Trek Online was listed with the wrong date (Sony listed it wrong, not blaming whoever copied the list from Sony. Also not scrolling back up the page to see who it was ;)

It’s out today, which makes a lot more sense than Friday. Wouldn’t want to miss the 50 years since the first Star Trek, which I believe is tomorrow.

Also, some terrible person at Sony decided we haven’t had quite enough sale bargains lately, so they’ll put even more up today to make my backlog entirely unmanageable. Bastards.
