I’m being clever with that title because this video of gameplay from Sniper Elite 4 does look like the window of a butchers at certain points. There are all sorts of muscles and intestines exploding including a quite horrific head shot that cause the victims brain to wobble and explode.
The trailer ends with a a teaser for Target Führer, an extra campaign mission that will be a pre-order bonus on all formats.

I have no concept of whatever butcher from hell you visit but, wow!
“There are all sorts of muscles and intestines exploding including a quite horrific head shot that cause the victims brain to wobble and explode.”
This makes me want to visit there. :D
