OK, so this is just really, really pretty, but if you look past the simply gorgeous graphics of the latest Ni no Kuni II trailer, you might actually realise that you’re watching gameplay.
This video shows off some of the world navigation as well as a few snippets from a big battle in the game, as Evan, Roland, Tani and the frankly adorable little Higgledies fight a big monster. It’s all in aid of helping Evan become king.
Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is coming to PlayStation 4 and Windows PC some time this year.
