It almost feels like a store update from a decade ago, with names that almost seemed set to fade into the history books of video games. Wipeout Omega Collection is the most straightforward, a remaster of Wipeout HD, Fury and 2048, all in fantastic 4K resolution and HDR – check out Dom’s review here – and it’s joined by a new entry in the Dirt series that brings with it some major new innovations – our review here. Then there’s a return to Morrowind in The Elder Scrolls Online, which is sure to draw a few fans in to see how it’s been restored.
Before we get to that, though, today’s the day that the PlayStation Plus games for June go live. Be sure to pick up Life Is Strange, if nothing else!

Although it’s not strictly relevant to this store update – I bought the Kings Quest Season Pass as it’s on sale and though it should come with a Warning.
Anyway… WARNING!!!
Episode 4 has so far just consisted of bloody ’tile’ type puzzles which I can’t bloody stand. One after another after another, so if you don’t like those kind of puzzles, I highly recommend skipping episode 4 or just use youtube to solve them so you can get on with the dam story. I must be about 90% way through episode 4 and on about my 50th tile puzzle!!! Seems a bit of a cop out by the developers to me. There not majorly difficult, but I just haven’t got the patience when I thought it’s meant to be more of an adventure story.

The good news is, I’ll be able to boot up Wipeout in a little under 12 hours! :)

You should really add The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 to your wishlist and maybe watch out for a deal (although it’s a pretty good price as it is)- it’s a brilliant point and click adventure game in an updated graphical style with plenty of nods to the old days and great humour throughout!

Okie dokie, I’ll give it a looksi

That Spy Chameleon game with PS+ is also cross-buy, not just Vita. It’s also a bit rubbish.
And Killing Floor 2 is a reasonably nice looking game, but you’ll need friends because it’s not very good as a single player experience, and nobody seems to be playing it if you try matchmaking. Nice explodey zombies though.
