Rainbow Six: Siege Reaches 20 Million Player Mark

Ubisoft have released details regarding the player count for Rainbow Six: Siege, and have confirmed that the game has now reached 20 million registered players. The publisher also stated that over 2.3 million people were logging in to play the tactical first person shooter every day. They’re quite impressive numbers as Ubisoft states that the community is still growing.

More people may get involved in a few weeks time when the third season for Rainbow Six: Siege begins, which will take the action to Hong Kong. A map based in the region along with operators from the Hong Kong Special Duties Unit and Poland’s Grupa Reagowania Operacyjno-Manewrowego (GROM) will be added.

  1. A lofty achievement indeed, a shame however that with such grand numbers it brings numerous game ruining morons destroying the experience for many others. Unfortunately because of the aforementioned, I haven’t touched what I regarded to be the finest FPS for some time, in months.
