If you’re looking forward to Black Ops IIII, then you’ll want to be ground running and single jumping into the open betas running over the next few weeks and months. As announced previously, it all kicks off this weekend.
For PlayStation 4 owners it’s starting on 3rd August, but Xbox One players can get in on the action for the second beta weekend starting 10th August. In either instance, you will need a private beta key, which you can get from pre-ordering the game.
PC gamers don’t have to do that, though. Pre-orders will get you early access on 10th August, but just a day later it will turn into an open beta.
Oh, and if you want to play Blackout, the COD-ified Battle Royale mode, that beta is coming along in September.

Not a cod fan but .. “Private Beta! Drop and give me 20!” brilliant lol :)

If they don’t label the September one as a Major Beta or General Beta, someone in the marketing team needs to get fired.

Oh dear, it’s got more of the things I hate – automated turrets, remote control weapons, air strikes… Back to BF for me.
