Bethesda have revealed a few more details about the Fallout beta (or B.E.T.A. as they call it). According to the FAQ the beta will be the full game, there will be no NDA so you can stream and tweet what you like, and any progress you make will be carried over when the title launches.
However, PC players will only be able to access the beta, and indeed buy the full game, via Bethesda.net. The beta will be available on all platforms but will be coming to Xbox One first, and they only way you can get access is by pre-ordering the game.
It was previously announced that expansion DLC for the game will be free, but there will be paid cosmetic items.

I really liked that trailer, have no idea how the game is going to play out but it certainly has me interested, way more than previous Fallout games anyway.
