Judgement and Kingdom Hearts III actor Pierre Taki was arrested last week and tested positive for drug use, The Japanese media have reported that he admitted to the crime which carries a two year jail sentence.
Square Enix have already released a statement which explains that Taki will be patched out of Kingdom Hearts III, in which he plays Olaf, and Sega have now announced that the actor will be completely removed from Judgment before the game launches in the West.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the character model and Japanese voice for the character of Kyohei Hamura will be adjusted for the Western release of Judgment, launching on June 25, 2019.

“Screenshots and trailers featuring Hamura have been temporarily removed from all of SEGA’s official channels,” they add, “Updated versions of these materials will be made available at a later date.”

Ridiculous this. I’ve never even smoked a cigarette, but what someone does to their own body isn’t my business. It’s not like he was a dealer. The Japanese drug laws are incredibly strict.
