Marvel’s Avengers is among the most popular franchises on the planet and it continues to delight millions of people across various media including comics, films. shows, and games. Way back in January 2017 Square Enix and Marvel announced a partnership where the game publisher would be working on a number of games based on the Avengers. We know the first is simply known as Marvel Avengers and that’s about it due to there being radio silence.
That’s about to change though as there’s confirmation that Square Enix’s Marvel Avengers will be at E3 2019.

There’s speculation that Marvel Avengers could be set in the same universe as Marvel’s Spider-Man, the PS4 exclusive, though how that would work isn’t clear considering Square Enix’s titles are likely to be multiplatform. To get your hype up you can rewatch the original announcement trailer below.
