Epic Games Mega Sale now on – Save up to 75% and get an extra £10 off all games £13.99 or above

In addition to crashing their store last night by giving Grand Theft Auto V away for free, Epic have also kicked off their Epic Games Mega Sale, and let me tell you, it’s pretty mega.

Not only are there deep discounts to a wide range of games on the store, but Epic are also throwing money at punters, giving you an extra £10 / $10 / €10 off coupon to use on any qualifying game or add-on over £13.99 / $14.99 / €14.99 across the store. Not only that, but you’ll then receive another £10 / $10 / €10 coupon. So if a game is cut to £16.49, like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is, the effective price is actually just £6.49. Bargain!

Make sure to head to the following link to log in and collect your coupon before trying to make any purchases:

Alternatively, claim your first of the free games being offered, which this week is Grand Theft Auto V, available until 21st May. If you do that, the coupon will be added to your account and automatically applied for purchases of eligible games and add-ons. These can be games in the sale as well as released games without discounts, like the newly released SnowRunner and Huntdown.

The Epic Mega Sale runs from now until 11th June, with any coupons you collect valid until 1st November, 7:59 AM BST, so you might want to save that coupon for later in the year. Honestly, this offer is a bit ridiculous.

Here’s a list of some of the games in the sale – head here to skim the full catalogue – and remember… there’s an extra £10 off most of these:

  1. This must be costing Epic a tonne, but it’s worked. Until now, I’d logged in to get almost all of the free games, but had never even got around to installing the launcher, let alone playing them. After finally getting GTA V last night, I’m downloading it today, and I’ll be sure to make use of my £10 voucher.

I’m half tempted by Metro Exodus – do i needed to have played Last Light first?
Or has anyone tried using the coupon on pre-orders?

    • The coupon is only for released games, so not pre-orders. However, each coupon will be valid until 1st November, so you can keep a hold of one.
