Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be getting a free update on April 28th with three new seasons for you to enjoy, new features, and special time-limited items in Nook shopping. Here is what to expect:
May Day (April 29th to May 7th)

Animal Crossing: New Horizons: May Day
“Collect a May Day ticket from Orville at the airport between the above dates and visit an island that’s totally unique. Seasoned travellers can look forward to a different destination to last year’s experience – take a trip and find out for yourself!”
International Museum Day (May 18th to May 31st)

Animal Crossing: New Horizons: International Museum Day
“Visit your island’s museum between the above dates and take part in the special stamp rally that Blathers has organised to celebrate International Museum Day. You’ll also find stamps around the art gallery, so tour the whole museum and complete your stamp cards!”
Wedding Season (June 1st to June 30th)

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Wedding Season
“To celebrate the month of their wedding anniversary, Reese and Cyrus are visiting to Harv’s Island throughout June and they want you to help take some special wedding photos. Use your keen eye for style to decorate the scene and capture a memorable moment for them. You’ll also find wedding-themed furniture and fashion items in the Nook Shopping and Able Sisters stores. Take a look at what’s on offer and grab something that takes your fancy!”
As Animal Crossing: New Horizons is wholesome and delightful they will also be celebrating Japan’s Children’s Day (April 28th to May 5th), the UK’s annual Cheese Rolling event – yes really – (May 22nd to May 31st), Mother’s Day (May 1st to May 31st), and Father’s Day (June 1st to June 30th) with special items in Nook Shopping.
