IO Interactive has confirmed the next Hitman 3 Seven Deadly Sins season, and that season will be the Season of Lust. This new season will be available from July 27th. There is some new content coming including a scarlet suit for Agent 47, a new weapon called The Serpent’s Tongue, a new piece of equipment called The Serpent’s Bite, and the Lust escalation contract. The location for this season is Berlin where 47’s admirer waits for him. You can check out some shots from the Lust content in the new trailer.

Charting the series’ progress since that 2016 Paris debut has been a fascinating journey. IO have learned a lot over the past five years and that really shows in Hitman 3. It’s a flashier, more fluid evolution of IO’s original template – a rewarding conclusion to one of the most unique video game franchises around, and one we’ll continue playing for many weeks and months to come.

A couple of months ago, it was confirmed that IO Interactive would be working on a brand new James Bond game. IOI have also teased that this will be an origin story for the world’s most famous spy. No platforms have been confirmed by name, but it will be made “for modern systems and platforms,” and is using IOI’s in house Glacier engine. In other words, we can expect it for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and depending on how deep into development the company are, possibly PS4 and Xbox One as well. We’ll just have to wait and see, but the game is already in active development at IOI’s offices in Copenhagen and Malmö.
