Games in Review & Featured Articles
We had just a couple reviews this week, with the main focus on some early Gamescom previews.
- Tiny Bookshop – NSW2, NSW, PC – 9/10
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tactical Takedown – XSX|S, NSW, PC – 7/10
I got to go hands on with some huge up and coming games, though, including Resident Evil Requiem, which sees Grace Ashcroft hunted by a creepy oversized monster in classic Resi fashion.
As well as Onimusha: Way of the Sword, which is shaping up to be a fantastic series revival after two decades.
I also got to share previews for the musical number There Are No Ghosts at the Grand, a hands on with the opening hours of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, and the intriguing tactical shooter roguelite Rogue Point. Oh, and a little game called Borderlands 4 as well…

What have you played this week?
- Andrewww finished off the story of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, enjoying the fan pleasing touches at the end of the story, but won’t be able to go back and fully explore everything since he was playing via PS Plus. But he wanted more Star Wars, so he’s been watching Andor, and went back to the not-quite-as-good Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
That’s the round up for this week’s round up, enjoy the bank holiday weekend, and check in as I work through a whole host of Gamescom previews.
