The trailer for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie landed yesterday and the design for Sonic was fully revealed in all his furry, skinny, muscle-bound glory. Other than the peaks on his head he looks nothing like the character. He doesn’t wear gloves, he’s got teeth that give you nightmares, his eyes are tiny, and he’s the wrong shade of blue.
Quite how they managed to get it so horrendously wrongly beggars belief; it’s not that hard and we’re going to prove it. Here are eight things that look more like Sonic than the travesty that is movie Sonic.
