Incredibly, it’s already time for this year’s E3. In just a few days time (Sony’s press conference is on Tuesday) we’ll know so much more than we do today. Or, at least that’s the plan: sometimes these keynotes are dull and boring, but you can normally rely on Sony to throw in a few surprises (and memes).
So, what do TheSixthAxis think we’ll see? Let’s have a look…

- New video of Killzone 2, game will be playable
- Lots of new details on Resistance 2, game will be playable
- LittleBigPlanet will be awesome, special demo section playable
- WipeoutHD is done, download from the PSN Store on Tuesday
- MotorStorm 2 will be playable, and looking great
- Bioshock will be present and correct, plus news of sequel
- We’ll hear more about Trophies, confirmation of new title support
- Sony will push the PSP connectivity harder, again
- Warhawk will get another update
50 – 75% Chance
- Twisted Metal PS3 will be revealed, playable
- Final Fantasy XIII will be shown in video form
- Video teasers for Uncharted 2 and new Ratchet and Clank
- Lengthy reveal for God of War III
- Some form of ‘kart‘ game, Crash, LittleBigPlanet perhaps?
- Lots of new PSN titles
- News on the new video service, limited to the States
- Gran Turismo 5 shown on video, Prologue to get damage and weather
25 – 50% Chance
- Afrika shown, playable
- Fully fledged SOCOM sequel announced
- Heavy Rain shown in video format, due out this year
- inFamous shown
- New even slimmer PS2, massive price cut, new controllers
0 – 25% Chance
- Home beta will be open to everyone after the conference
- Talk of new firmware – in game video chat a possibility
- New exclusives, Sony-owned studios
- We’ll hear more about GTA IV downloable PS3 content
- New PSP revealed, codename 3000. Contains phone.
- Whatever crap that BBC editor was talking about will be shown
