Changes To PSU Login

Thu, Nov 27, 2008 at 9:57 am

News

It is revealed in a recent PlayStation Blog post that there will be some changes to the PlayStation Underground log in system. The Underground system will be dissolved and PSN users will be able to log in to the sites that formerly used the PlayStation Underground system such as the PlayStation Blog using their PSN IDs.

There are now some enhancements to the PSN gamer profile. These enhancements include being able to show your friends list on your profile as well as game ratings and reviews.  Sony has also said that there will be more changes to the gamer profile to come before years end. Why not log in now and try it, and see what your friends are doing whilst you’re away from your PS3?

What makes a man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?

:( Because our IT department have blocked it….. And I always forget when I get home!
But it does sound like a step in the right (unified) direction!

    Just tried it…..bit meh!!!!

They need to hurry up and get something like what i can see on xbox.com. Games I’ve played, trophies I’ve unlocked, compare them to friends, line up downloads but also not just copy like for like but think of some new things.

Agreed, I like the idea of being able to line up downloads especially. It would be nice to have a webpage like the 360 has where it ‘talks’ about what you’ve done with it lately.

The EU site has changed you can link your PSN up with it and get a portable ID with a theme, you can choose a mood and favourite game, theirs only Sony games to choose from now but more will probably appear

    Los Havros Says:

I can confirm this. It’s strange that not many people on the interwebs seem to have picked up on this. It’s the EU equivalent to what’s been going on at the US PlayStation site.
