PS3 Hits 2 Million In UK

GamesIndsutry has an interview with Ray Maguire in which he states that the PS3 has broken through the two million milestone in the UK.  He says other stuff too, but it’s the two mill we’re interested in.  It’s not a huge number, but it’s certainly about 1.9 million more than some naysayers thought Sony would achieve.

Now Ray waxes lyrical about the PS3 being a premium product priced accordingly, which is all well and good, but we all know that a price cut would be a bigger shot in the arm than the time I went paintballing and came home with a bruised elbow.

It wasn’t my elbow.  It was the elbow of someone who thought shooting me was acceptable behaviour in a game of paintball.  I said, “Yes, it is acceptable” and then forced their arm back at the elbow at an Eduardo-esque angle until it snapped off, “So is this,” I concluded.
