Plus 16 Secret Trophies

Yes, a lot of them are very similar to the Achievements in the Xbox 360 original version of the game, but naturally there’s a few little differences here and there.  For more on Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, check our tag link which also includes our exclusive news that the game will feature Sixaxis ‘bounce’.  Big thanks to Snebz and Zuler for adding them to our ever expanding Trophy lists in our forums.

  1. Awww Yeeah!
    Go me & Zuler!

Cant wait for this game! :D

  2. Good stuff. There is a lot of trophy things going on today ;)

    • ;D

  3. Quite nice, quite a lot of learned _________ this and kill 1000 with this.
    Sounds like good fun!

    • Killing monsters with swords is always fun!! ;P

  4. Zuler really is the trophy king. He needs some form of crown…

  5. Looks ok, the secret ones look intriguing the most though.

I am really not good with not knowing stuff, I dont understand why people put them in when they are revealed before long on tinternet anyway.

    • Sometimes its because they are related to the story.

  6. have you seen what use the SIXAXIS function has in this game? :P

  7. I’d imagine most of the hidden trophies are silver, with a gold or two thrown in.

  8. All look quite easy, lots of accumulative ones thrown in there. :)

  9. At last! You don’t need to beat the game zylion times to became a master of all the weapons. That was really retarded in the original. Even the most hardcore fans didn’t bother (especially since X360 version seems like a beta with all those bugs and general lack of polish)

    • True in parts for sure, but I found the game to be mostly well put together myself. It’ll certainly be interesting to see how that sequence where you fight a hundred ninjas at once going up that big flight of steps late on in the game will end up in the PS3 version, given that it ran like crap in the 360 one at that bit.

  10. Secret ones should be silver, then.

  11. Hmmm, mostly the same as the achievements from the 360 version alright, right down to those incredibly cheap ones you get for just doing certain moves for the first time. Lame.

Saw my first gameplay vid of this last night and I have to see the lack of gore really does suck hard. They should have at least had the option for it in there rather than enforcing the nerfed version on us. Is there any word on whether the PS3 version will have an 18 certificate like the 360 one or not yet?

Still, the extra game content still looks quite nice. I’m dying to try the co-op!

    • I was gonna say the same thing. Most of these trophies will be easy if anyone has played the 360 version before.

  12. Thank god they replaced the finish the game using only *** achievements with kill 1000 enemies using *** trophies!
The secret ones are most likely bosses, complete the game on various difficulties and challenges.

  13. Mmmm… :) I’ve not payed much attention to this title, but I remember the demo of the first being similar to Assassin’s Creed, but as a ninja of course. Trophies and titties, you guys have just made my mind up on purchasing this game haha.
